
- The first phase of the company's project has built a production line with four advanced processes including rough drawing, annealing, pickling and phosphating, and fine drawing.and it is a fine wire production line with the whole process chain in the region.
The production of fine wire includes four stages of rough drawing, spheroidizing annealing, pickling phosphating and fine drawing. The products are mainly based on cold heading, alloy steel and other advanced spheroidizing annealing fine wire, which is widely used in fasteners, automobiles, heavy machinery, electrical and electronic screws and civil construction screws.
- Rough Drawing
- We have two types of wire drawing machines. One is the straight-feed type wire drawing machine, which is mainly used for processing wires with a diameter of 6.5mm. The other is the inverted-feed type wire drawing machine, which is mainly used for processing wire materials for the production of bolts and nuts.
- Spheroidizing annealing
- The entire process is protected by high-purity nitrogen gas, ensuring uniform heating and high production efficiency. After spheroidization, the hardness and tensile strength of the wire material remain stable. Without oxidation and decarburization, the spheroidization rate is high, the grain size is fine and uniform, and the surface of the wire rod is smooth. The maximum load-bearing capacity of the furnace base is 30 tons and the maximum spheroidization temperature is 800°C.
- Pickling phosphating
- The width of the pool body is 4.2 meters. It is equipped with automatic sprinkler system, automatic flipping mechanism, online monitoring, abnormal alarm, information collection and feedback. These features significantly enhance production efficiency and ensure the stability of product quality.
- The thickness of our phosphating film is 7.5g - 10g per square meter.
- Fine drawing
- The precision drawing process, through precise shape control and enhancement of material mechanical properties, is mainly used for high-quality fasteners and is capable of meeting the stringent requirements of ISO and DIN standards regarding dimensions and performance.
- Quality Inspection
- We operate in accordance with the high-standard quality system norms of the industry, and adopt advanced inspection instruments. We strictly implement incoming material inspection, process inspection and outgoing goods inspection.
